An Easy Way to Lower Blood Pressure

It worked for monkeys. After adding up to 15.0 grams (a wee bit over 3 teaspoons) of salt to the diet of chimpanzees, blood pressure soared. Removing the excess salt from the diet, caused high blood pressure to fall.

I’d been walking in the forest for a short while when I noticed anirritation in my lower leg - just around the fleshy part, above theinside ankle. It wasn’t bad enough to interrupt my activities, however, onreturning home, the first thing I did was to examine the site ofirritation - expecting anything from ticks to leeches at the source.

The body, like everything else, has a range of smells, odors ranging from sweet and sour to putrid and foul. It’s natural, healthy odor is slightly sour, sweet, due in large part to digestion and blood. Digestion is a souring process and blood is naturally sweet. What is not natural, healthy is an overbearing odor, whether sour, sweet, putrid, etc. Both are based on diet and digestion, not on race or hormones.

The cold season is here in force. Maybe you’ve already fallen victim. I’ve already seen many patients this season who have. They’ve got stuffed up, runny noses. They’ve got sinus headaches. Coughs. Sore Throats. Fatigue. Many of them ask me for antibiotics. I gently tell them that antibiotics won’t help to treat a cold. Colds are caused by viruses, and antibiotics don’t work against viruses.
