No, this is not a Hollywood hard-body that I inhabit. Not that I couldn’t hold my own with those svelte, cut trainers on “The Biggest Loser”, but I don’t think they’ll be calling me anytime soon…It would be an honor, though. So, fit-n-trim-n-toned and pretty defined, yes, but I no longer have my “six-pack”, which is, like most males my age, where I gain, and intend to lose, the body fat. Yet even though my lifestyle is clean and healthy, I could raise the bar a bit in some areas. I hope it will persuade folks to do the same.

She tried to hand the bottle of aspirin to the doctor but he wasn’t concerned. I was. I took the bottle, opened it and to my surprise found it full of black capsules. My first instinct was that it was “speed”, an amphetamine, because aspirin does not come in black capsules and I knew that “speed” did. I told this to the doctor right then and there but to my utter horror he was unconcerned and disregarded what I was trying to tell him.
